Initiate Your Request
Log into your WRBuilds account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or ship your replacement item.
